Chock-A-Blocks is the award-winning holiday gift to clients, from Primal Screen. We transformed the shooting stage into a screen printing factory in order to hand print over 6000, six-sided blocks. In the end, we created 500 sets of twelve blocks with a custom tray to match.
As the screen-printing production coordinator, I was responsible for the day-to-day of our makeshift screen printing facility. This included the design of all elements for print production. Daily setup and burning of new screens. The design and build of production jigs specific to printing wooden blocks. And the coordination of additional printers.
